Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

I. Return Policy


We want you to love items purchased from a seller or services received from a service provider on our platform. If however you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail and in stores or designated Agent return centre (where this applies) within 7 days of receipt of shipments in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Zeroter.com.


2. Return will be processed only if the product:

  • was damaged in transit only;

  • delivered does not match the item purchased;

  • is returned in original condition (with original tag/label intact, user manual, warranty card, all applicable accessories therein and in original manufacturer’s box, ).

3. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.


4. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page are non returnable.

5. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.

6. Product shipping & handling fees are non-refundable, and customer may incur additional charges for voluntary returns.

Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 2 days from the delivery of the product so we, Zeroter.com, could arrange with the seller (or service provider) to process the refund.


How to make a return

We offer free returns at designated partner’s / agent’s office or by mail. Free returns exclude gift cards, food, gourmet gifts and other products designated as non-returnable / non-refundable. Free returns do not apply to international orders. There is a charge for scheduled return pickup in areas offering the service.
Non-returnable / non-refundable items include but not limited to perishable foods, cold / refrigerated foods, cooked / hot / warm foods. 


II. Refunds Policy

Refunds for items purchased on Zeroter.com may be issued by the seller (service provider) depending on the condition of the returned item, how long you have had the item and how the item was purchased.


Do I qualify for a refund?

Products purchased from Zeroter.com can be refunded if the products falls into one of the following categories:

  • Faulty product

  • Wrong product

  • Out-of-stock product or limited stocks, if at the time of purchase, the product was already out of stock from the vendor / supplier

  • Voluntary returns for refund. 

       NOTE: Customer must officially log a refund request within 2 days after delivery;

Zeroter.com has the right to decline a refund request if it doesn’t meet the refund criteria.


The refund team will make a decision within 7 days.


For voluntary returns, customer wallet may be credited with the balance value of the returned product and delivery / handling charges are NOT refundable.


Refund Method

It may take up to one week for Zeroter.com to receive and process returned items after it has been picked up by courier. Upon receipt and processing of the returned product, it may take a few more days for the payment processor to complete the refund depending on the payment method. 

NOTE: Refunds are done only through the Original mode of payment.

III. Cancellation Policy

buyers have 2 options to request cancellation:

Option 2: To cancel an order, send us a cancellation request as follows:

NOTE:


1. buyers need to make cancellation request within 2 days of placing an order for a full refund, subject to any applicable Zeroter.com fee and bank charges.


2. For orders cancelled before delivery, handling charges may apply
