Prohibited Items & Products

Buyers and sellers (or service providers) using Zeroter.com’s platform shall comply with all international, regional, national and local laws applicable within their jurisdiction and the jurisdiction where Zeroter.com operates.

In addition, buyers and sellers (or service providers) shall comply with Zeroter.com’s General Terms of Use, and all platform policies. 

Below is a small sample  (non-exhaustive list ) of goods and services prohibited on Zeroter.com:

• Food  and animal products subject to prohibition in certain jurisdiction, e.g. protected animals, endangered species and wildlife (‘wildlife trophies’ and ‘wildlife specimens’, etc.).

• Whole and/or part sof animals and animal products subject to prohibition in certain jurisdiction, examples include elephant ivory artifacts , bluefin tuna, yellowfin tuna and pangolin parts.

• Sale, distribution, or advertising of certain products that are on the banned  / restricted  list of the National Food and Drugs Authority or Food Standards Agency within the country.

• Products that do not comply with standards and quality requirements imposed on such products by applicable international, regional, national and local laws applicable within their jurisdiction.

• Food, food products or food extracts in any form (solid, liquid, gels, tincture, emulsion, ointments, lotion, paste, sprays, inhalants, etc.) that presents a direct or implied false-advertisement on the label or description for prevention, treatment, or cure of diseases, disorders, abnormal physical, emotional, physiological or psychological states and/or promotion of well-being.

• Food, processed food products, water or drink products, or herbal drink or mixtures, that require registration, approval and/or licensing prior to manufacture, distribution or sale of such products by the relevant National Food and Drugs Authority or Food Standards Agency within the country.

User can report any listings promoting prohibited products, items or services that do not conform with Zeroter.com’s General Terms of Use, and all platform policies, or those listed on prohibited or restricted lists as shown on our platform and / or by international, regional, national and local agencies.

Zeroter.com’s Prohibited Use

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: 

1. for any unlawful purpose; 

2. to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; 

3. to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;

4. to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; 

5. to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; 

6. to submit false or misleading information; 

7. to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; 

8. to collect or track the personal information of others; 

9. to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; 

10. for any obscene or immoral purpose; or 

11. to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
